                        THE VISION OF METAFEST

 

With this email, let’s zoom out for a moment to gain a broader perspective of that the MetaFest is and what it is designed to do.  This MetaFest is not just two days of great content, it is promising to be the beginning of something much bigger.   What specifically?

 

The MetaFest is a world-wide gathering of NLP  people, and those interested in NLP, to explore the future.  For me, it is a collaboration of some of the best minds and hearts.  It is a moment to come together, learn from the 8 Master Trainers that have been brought together.  Nothing like this has ever been attempted before in our history, so it is truly a bold vision.

 

Every movement and every community has to pass on its vision and passion to the next generation or it will shrivel up and die.  Who are the next generation of NLP leaders?  Who is mentoring them and enabling to keep the vision going?  If they are to “stand on the shoulders” of those who have gone before and on the transformative ideas which have informed the NLP movement, then the MetaFest may be a way to make this happen.

 

By coming together collaboratively in this way, we invite more people, more enthusiasm, more vision …  what this makes possible is that the wisdom that is within our field can be preserved and passed on.  The visionaries of this say that this is a once in a generation moment and you are invited to be part of it.
